摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a heat source machine or the like for forming another heating medium, and to reduce an installing space by providing an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, providing a refrigerant heater in the outdoor unit, and commonly using a heat source of the heater for a heat source of another circuit such as a warm water circuit or the like. SOLUTION: A compressor 13 for compressing a refrigerant is provided in an outdoor unit 5, and a four-way valve 15 for switching a cooling and a heating operations is connected to the compressor 13. A burner 33 of a refrigerant heater 13 is commonly constituted for a heat source of a warm water circuit 35, and a combustion heat of the burner 33 indirectly heats the circuit 35. When heating is driven, an opening/closing valve 29 is opened, and a refrigerant from the compressor 13 is fed to an indoor heat exchanger 7 through refrigerant piping 9a. Here, the air for condensing the refrigerant is blown by a blower 11 to heat in a room. When cooling is driven, the refrigerant from the compressor 13 is fed to an outdoor heat exchanger 17 to condense the refrigerant, and fed to the exchanger 7 through refrigerant piping 9b. Here, the refrigerant is evaporated to cool in the room.

A hot-water sending pipeline 6c is connected to the heat exchanger 1 and a thermally operated valve 10 is connected on the half way of the pipe 6c while a load or a hot-water floor mat 12, for example, is connected to the thermally operated valve 10 and the hot-water, after dissipating the heat of the same in the hot-water floor mat 12, is returned to the hot-water tank 5 through a hot-water returning pipe 6d. In this case, the thermally operated valve 10 is provided at the outer peripheral part of the hot-water sending pipe 6c through a fixing device so as to be capable of installing more of the valve while a drain extracting cap 31 is attached to the lower end of the hot-water sending pipe 6c.

When the operation of the load 19 is to be suspended, the operation of the PUT8 is completely suspended by short-circuiting the contact-points 3a and 3c of the relay 3 and connecting the anode of the PUT8 to the power source line.
