摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for installing a sewage treating device which can prevent the possibility that a notification part for reporting the time for replacement of the electrode may erroneously function at the time of installation. SOLUTION: The sewage treating device 1 is provided with an electrolytic cell 4 and an electrode unit 5. When a septic tank in which such a treating device for sewage 1 is incorporated is installed in a yard, or the like, by embedment, each vessel of the septic tank is first filled with tap water instead of the sewage in order to sink the septic tank to a predetermined position. Subsequently, a pilot run of an electrolysis apparatus is performed with a fixed current value in order to make the amount of eluted ions per unit time constant. Then, an alarm lamp for reporting the time for replacement of the electrode lights up accidentally. Here, 2 to 3 g sodium chloride, at a time is supplied a plurality of times to the cell 4, for example. Then, the electrical conductivity of tap water rises to a predetermined value, the electric current flows more easily to the electrode, output voltage falls to a predetermined value and the alarm lamp turns off.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewage treating device which can detect the absence of the connection of a relay connector. SOLUTION: This sewage treating device 1 is provided with an electrolytic cell 4, an electrode unit 5, a constant current power supply part 15, a control panel 6 and a repeater. The constant current power supply part 15 supplies electric currents for constant current electrolysis to the electrode of the electrode unit 5. The control panel 6 is arranged on the outside of the sewage treating device 1, is connected to the power source part 15 and controls the electrolysis. A repeater 9 is disposed between the control panel 6 and the electrode unit 5, and has a plurality of relay connectors 18 for connecting them. When any relay connector 18 is not connected, the load resistance of the electrode unit 5 becomes infinite, and an output voltage larger than a set voltage determined by a previously-set load resistance is outputted. This output voltage is compared with the set voltage by a voltage detecting part, and an alarm lamp 17 turns on.
