SOLUTION: A feeding section is provided with a detection section which detects coin-shaped members passing therethrough and sent out one by one through the rotation of the feeding rotor 7, and a conductive member which discharges the static electricity to the position where the passing coin-shaped member comes in contact with the conductive member is arranged in the detection section or the feeding section nearby the detection section.
