The decision part 15 decides normality or a failure from an operation state of the LED unit 9 in a connected state to the power source, outputs a turning-on command to the opening/closing control part 13 in the case of the normality, and outputs a turning-off command in the case of the failure. 摘要： PURPOSE: To make the terrestrial element small in size, and increase a reaction distance by providing a failure detection circuit which performs feedback oscillation by using the resonance circuit of the terrestrial element, and thereby letting the resonance be forcibly oscillated by oscillating a feedback oscillation circuit while its oscillation is being feedback by a frequency tuned with the resonance frequency of the resonance circuit. CONSTITUTION: The major portion of the self oscillation type terrestrial element E is made up of a resonance circuit 1, and of a feedback oscillation circuit 4. And the resonance circuit 1 is made up of a tuning coil L3, and of a plurality of capacitors C1 and C2, and let a resonance phenomenon thereby take place. Meanwhile, the failure detection circuit 4 is inductively combined with the tuning coil L3 of the resonance circuit 1, and performs a feedback operation at all times with a frequency tuned with the resonance frequency of the resonance circuit 1 based on signals inputted through the tuning coil L3. Besides, the feedback oscillation circuit 4 is provided with a function adjusting the quantity of feedback from the resonance circuit by a variable resistor 7, so that the feedback oscillation circuit 4 allows the quantity of feedback from the resonance circuit 1 to be adjusted by the variable resistor 7. By this constitution, a distance to be changed in period is increased, so that the terrestrial element E can thereby be made small in size by the portion of an increment made.

The injection circuit 9 is used to inject the oscillated output to the reception system of the FM receiver with a slightly larger amplitude than that of the momentary frequency of expected noise thereby obtaining it as a suppression signal. Thus, the noise is suppressed stably and the read error of a start it at the data transmission start from the no signal state and the instability of the receiving state when the input signal reaches the vicinity of the limit of the reception sensitivity are eliminated.
