摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a vehicle from any accidental overrunning by stopping a vehicle without fail even at engine stoppage on a slope by operating a brake cylinder while detecting the engine stoppage through the reduction of hydraulic pressure when the engine of a road working car is stopped during its road work. CONSTITUTION:When an engine is started with starter switch 6 on, hydraulic pressure is raised, allowing a pressure switch 7 to be turned off. Now, when the engine of a vehicle is stopped during its operation and hydraulic pressure is reduced, the pressure switch 7 is turned on and a solenoid 3a is energized, allowing an electromagnetic direction changeover valve 3 to be shifted to the right position. Hereby, the air from an air tank 2 is supplied to a relay valve 4 via a pipe passage going round a brake valve 1 to open said valve. Accordingly, a brake cylinder 5 is operated, allowing the vehicle to be stopped without fail even at the engine stoppage of the vehicle on a slope.
