摘要： PURPOSE: To precisely detect a load in the steering reaction direction acting on a steering device. CONSTITUTION: A tie rod 46 and a steering exciting unit 22 are connected to a rack 20 of a steering device 12 via a torque lever 28, relay links 25, 26, and a drive link 24, and the front link 24A of the drive link 24 and a link 23 are set to be slidable. The both ends of the relay links 25, 26 are coupled with the torque lever 28 and the link 23 respectively, and the torque lever 28 is slidablly set in the road surface reaction direction in relation to the link 23. Transducers 42, 44 are provided in the intermediate part of the relay links 25, 26 respectively. Upper/lower exciting units are connected to the rack 20 via the torque lever 28.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water leakage and generation of noise during a high speed rotation by forming each roller out of a plurality of disks, and overlapping the respective disks each other at certain intervals in the axial direction of the respective rollers. SOLUTION: On the endless flat belt 5 arranged in the uppermost part of four shaking devices 3 in a road simulator 2, respective tires 4 of a testing vehicle 1 are placed, and the belt 5 serves as a substitute for road surface. A driving characteristic of the vehicle can be tested in the condition similar to an actual road condition, when the shaking devices 3 including the belt 5 are used so as to vibrate the belt 5 in the vertical direction, the wheels of the vehicle 1 are rotated at the ordinary rotational speed, and a steering wheel is turned so as to change the directions of the tires 4. Since the distance between the belt 5 and contact point of each roller in the belt advancing direction can be shortened without any reduction in the diameter of an intermediate roller, generation of noise can be prevented even when the belt 5 is rotated at a high speed.
