An air nozzle 4 is provided on a line of the carrying conveyor 2, and air blow is carried out toward a lower end 1a of the collapsible core 1a until the collapsible core 1 is in the baking furnace 3. Liquid accumulation caused in the lower end 1a of the collapsible core 1 is blown off and removed by the air blow.
