The method includes: a step of supplying a variable number of utilization control conditions of the data object; a step of supplying the general control data of the data object including at least one utilization control element defining the utilization of the data object suited to the variable number of utilization control conditions on the basis of the variable number of utilization control conditions; a step of combining the general control data with the data object; and a step of encrypting the data object and at least one utilization control element and generating a secure data package.
