摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving mechanism for an automatic toilet seat having a protective cover capable of being simply and safely manufactured and operated at practically improved effective cost.
SOLUTION: This automatic toilet seat is composed of the toilet seat 11 connected to a stool 40 and pivotally moved, a pivot motor 5 for automatically moving the toilet seat 11 up and down, the plural protective covers, a cover holder for holding the protective cover and covering the toilet seat 11 with the protective cover, a cover holding motor for driving the cover holder, plural sensors for monitoring conditions around the automatic toilet seat and generating signals for indicating the monitored conditions and a microprocessor controller for controlling the both of the pivot motor 5 and the cover holding motor based on the signals generated by the sensors.
