A flow dividing plate 23 extending in a direction intersecting one part of the suction opening 4 at a position above the gas jetting nozzle 12 and separated from the suction opening 4, is provided on the stream lining member 22. In the flow dividing plate 23, one part of the primary air heading for the suction opening 4 is divided by abutment, and by disturbing a flow of the primary air, the fuel gas and the primary air are favorably mixed in the throat part 5 and the mixing pipe part 7.

In the bath reheating circuit 40 located downstream of the opening and closing valve, a liquid-liquid heat exchanger (E) for both bath and mist and a selector valve 26 for communicating the liquid-liquid heat exchanger alternatively to the mist nozzle 22 or a bathtub are disposed in that order. The mist water supply circuit 20 is in communication with the mist nozzle 22 from the liquid-liquid heat exchanger (E) via the selector valve 26 after joining a circuit between the opening and closing valve 44 and the liquid-liquid heat exchanger (E).       SOLUTION: An orifice 19 is arranged at a part in the drain passage 17 at the upstream side of the drain valve 18 so as to reduce a drain flow rate. When the drain operation is stopped, the water supply valve 14 is closed, and then, the drain valve 18 is closed.
