摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw capable of keeping the ability to screw together with a partner screw component (screw part) in such a state that sharp points and burrs are removed from an incomplete screw part.SOLUTION: On the tops of the screw threads of the tip-side incomplete screw part 7a, a plurality (five pieces in total) of excision surfaces 7P (7P1, 7P21-7P24) formed by being cut by the tip of a threading tool are formed in parallel helices form from the starting position of the incomplete screw part 7a to the ending position thereof. The cut surfaces 7P are continuous to one another in such a curved state that the central part of the screw thread is made higher.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw manufacturing method by which sharp points and burrs can be easily removed from an incomplete screw part without loss of the ability to screw together with a partner screw component (screw part).SOLUTION: The removal starting position 8S1 in a first removal process and the four removal starting positions 8S21-8S24 in a second removal process are set on an imaginary circle 7I with a prescribed radius R that is inscribed in the apex 7C of an incomplete screw part 7a. In each removal process, the tip of the threading tool shaves off the apex 7C of the incomplete screw part 7a, contacting the imaginary inscribed circle 7I from the outside (above).
