    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly provide connected information based on a captured image.SOLUTION: A DB stores an image including an object, broadcasting time of the image and connected information indicating a function connected with the object, in association with each other. A captured image is received, and capturing time corresponding to the captured image is obtained. An object included in the captured image is extracted, and the similarity between the object extracted from the captured image and objects included in images stored in the DB is calculated. An image is retrieved from the DB on the basis of the similarity, the capturing time and the broadcasting time, and connected information associated with the retrieved image is presented to a transmission source that has transmitted the captured image.
