    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a preferable amplitude difference deviation characteristic in a differential amplifier circuit of a data line driver driving a liquid crystal display panel.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential signal receiving circuit which outputs a stable signal with less jitter even if a differential amplitude is small.SOLUTION: A differential signal receiving circuit has a first differential circuit, a second differential circuit and an inverter circuit (INV1). The first differential circuit has a plurality of depletion type transistors (MN1, MN2), and has a first output node (NA) and a second output node (NB). The second differential circuit has a plurality of enhancement type transistors (MP1, MP2) which are complementary to the depletion type transistors (MN1, MN2). An output node of the second differential circuit is connected to each of the first output node (NA) and the second output node (NB). The inverter circuit (INV1) is connected between the first output node (NA) and the second output node (NB).
