The body includes a first end and multiple first parts for forming a part of the body between the ends. The first parts are separated lengthwise over most parts of the entire length of the body and are biased so that they remain separated from one another without external interference, but are configured to be pushed towards each other. The first parts are configured to receive and hold an insert for maintaining the separation of the first parts between the first parts.
