    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser device having an excitation unit and an amplifying unit, capable of easily performing optical axis adjustment required when connecting excitation light to the amplifying unit after exchanging the excitation unit, and also capable of contributing miniaturization and weight reduction.
      SOLUTION: This laser device is equipped with the excitation unit which houses an optical axis adjusting means to adjust the emission angle of excitation light generated in an optical resonator, a joint 10 connected to the excitation unit to pass the excitation light the optical axis of which has been adjusted by the optical axis adjusting means, an optical coupling means to couple the excitation light passing through the joint to seed light having a wavelength different from that of the excitation light generated in a laser seed light source, a folding mirror to receive optical pulses coupled by the optical coupling means, an amplifier to amplify the optical pulses from the folding mirror, a first camera 18 to photograph the propagating light spot of a part of the transmitted excitation light with the optical coupling means, and a second camera 19 to photograph the propagating light spot of the transmitted excitation light with the folding mirror.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new imaging apparatus where the position in the optical axis direction of a lens with respect to an imaging device can be adjusted to accurately form an image on the imaging device with light passing through the lens, and which has high accuracy and is made low in height by arranging an optical filter in space between the lens and the imaging device so as to make effective use of the space.
