摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the development of unevenness in a treatment by stirring molten Al into which a work is dipped as spiral state centered on this work. SOLUTION: The annular work 8 to be subjected to an aluminizing treatment is supported at near the bottom part 1a of a crucible 1. The molten metal 2 is made to flow while circling along the projecting and recessing parts of the wall surface in the inner diameter side of the work 8 (rear side of the groove parts 9 of the V pulley) with this spiral flow, effectively invades into even the narrow inner parts of the V shaped groove parts 9a of the work 8. Then, the stirring shift 3 and the stirring plate 4 are made of a graphite, etc., which does not react with molten Al 2.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method of a cylinder block with which the better melt-stickiness between a cylinder liner and the cylinder block is obtained. SOLUTION: In the producing method of the cylinder block, an inner peripheral surface roughening process, an outer peripheral surface roughening process, a heat-insulated powder sticking process and a melt-sticking process, are performed. In the inner peripheral surface roughening process, a shot-blasting is applied onto the inner peripheral of the cylinder liner. In the outer peripheral surface roughening process, shot balls are sunk by half-parts thereof on the outer peripheral of the cylinder liner with the shot blasting to form the semi- spherical state recessed parts. As the shot ball, Zn and stainless steel bead having 0.4 ϕ or Zn having 0.8 ϕ, is used. In the heat-insulated powder sticking process, BN is stuck to the inner periphery of the cylinder liner. In the melt- sticking process, a metallic mold is abutted on the inner periphery of the cylinder liner and the liner is held with the metallic mold and the liner is cast-in with the molten metal formed as the cylinder block.
