SOLUTION: A movable core 30 comprises: a first core part 31; and a second core part 41. The tip part 32 of the first core part 31 defining a cavity 1b has a first core part flat face 32A, and the tip part 42 of the second core part 41 has a first core part flat face 42A parallel to the first core part flat face 32A. The first core part 31 is movable to a direction going from the tip part 32 of the first core part 31 toward a base part 33 to the second core part 41 and also a direction shown by the arrow A forming an angle of about 5° to a stationary die parting plane 10A. The second core part 41 is movable to a direction going from the tip part 42 of the second core part 41 toward the base part 43 and also a direction shown by the arrow B forming an angle of 3°to the upper part in Fig.1 to the stationary die parting plane 10A.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply put a line through inside a fishing rod. SOLUTION: Fishing rod pipes 1 and 2 such as an ear tip to be jointed to the tip of the fishing rod pipe 3 can be housed within a prescribed fishing rod pipe 3. A line guiding guide 9 is fixed to the outer periphery of the prescribed fishing rod pipe 3 so as not to project within the cavity of the fishing rod pipe 3. The cavity of the prescribed fishing rod pipe communicates from the fixing position of the line introducing guide to the opening of a base tip 3b. The base tips 1a and 2a of the fishing rod pipe such as the ear tip to be jointed to the tip are formed so as to project outward from the opening of the base tip 3b of the prescribed fishing rod pipe. The base tips of the fishing rod pipes 1 and 2 such as the ear tip are projected to the rear side of the base tip 3b of the prescribed fishing rod pipe to completely expose the base tip opening of the fishing rod pipes 1 and 2 to simplify finishing line putting through operation.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top of a fishing rod capable of preventing the separation of a wound layer from a rod material, avoiding the stress concentration generated between these components before it happens, and improving the rigidities in the longitudinal direction and diameter direction. SOLUTION: A rod material 1 is produced by hardening a reinforcing fiber bundle oriented in the shaft direction into a solid state with a synthetic resin, and a wound layer of a prepreg sheet 2 is integrally formed by impregnating a synthetic resin into reinforcing fibers over the periphery of the rod material 1. As the prepreg sheet 2, cloth prepregs CP prepared by impregnating a synthetic resin into a reinforcing fiber woven cloth is used. The cloth prepregs CP are wound around the rod material 1 in such a manner that the surfaces having a larger exposing area of the reinforcing fiber bundle LF in the shaft direction are arranged on the inner side so as to come in contact with the rod material 1, and the surfaces having a larger exposing area of the reinforcing fiber bundle CF in the circumferential direction are arranged on the outside.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative fishing tackle having an elegant and profound appearance by firmly fixing a decorative beltlike material and preventing a fishing line from fraying without using a large amount of a line fixing coating amount. SOLUTION: This decorative fishing tackle is obtained by attaching a decorative pipe to the outer peripheral surface of a fishing tackle formed by winding a fiber-reinforced prepreg sheet impregnated with a thermosetting resin around a mandrel, pressurizing and baking the resultant wound prepreg sheet. The decorative pipe is formed by helically winding a decorative beltlike material 3 around the outer peripheral surface of a tubular unit 2 formed of a synthetic resin, then carrying out a line fixing treatment from the surface of the beltlike material 3 wound around the tubular unit 2 and cutting the resultant pipe to an optional length.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ear tip used for a fishing rod and capable of inhibiting the curvature of the tip portion on the thermal curing of a thermosetting resin impregnated in reinforcing carbon fibers, thereby improving the production yield, avoiding a problem related to productivity, and improving the buckling strength and twisting stiffness of the ear tip. SOLUTION: This ear tip for a fishing rod is produced by laminating the first prepreg 1 to the second prepreg 2, winding the obtained laminate α1 on a core X over the whole length of the ear tip and subsequently pressing and heating the wound laminate by a conventional method. The first prepreg 1 is obtained by impregnating reinforcing carbon fibers Fa paralleled in the axial direction of the fishing rod with a thermosetting resin. The second prepreg 2 is obtained by impregnating reinforcing carbon fibers F'b paralleled at a prescribed angle to the axial direction of the fishing rod with the thermosetting resin. The second prepreg 2 is arranged so that the prescribed angle of the reinforcing carbon fibers Fb at the winding-starting end of the second 10 degree to the axial direction of the fishing rod. The starting end 1a of the first prepreg 1 is shifted from the starting end 2a of the second prepreg 2 only by a half circumference of the core X.
