摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a signal to be generated by a cylinder to be simply and positively transmitted to the outside by arranging a device which is controllable in accordance with the signal from register pins and generates a magnetic field on the cylinder and also arranging a sensor which collaborates with the device for generating the magnetic field when the cylinder is set at a specified position on an evaluation unit. SOLUTION: On a cylinder 1, register pins 2.1, 2.2 which are electrically responsive are fitted opposite to the cylinder 1. It is interpreted with these pins 2 whether a metal printing plate can establish a correct contact through registration, in the same fashion as a switch operation. A signal generator 4 is connected on the output side so that the generator 4 can communicate with the coil of a magnet 5 with signal transmission. Thus the coil is energized when the registering position of the printing plate detected by the pins 2 is correct. In addition, a sensor 6 which detects a magnetic field is arranged in such a manner that the sensor 6 is opposite to the magnet 5 when the cylinder 1 is positioned as specified and at the same time, is connected in such a way that the sensor 6 communicates with an evaluation unit 7 with signal transmission on the output side.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position adjusting device for a printing plate which is provided in a printing machine, particularly in a plate cylinder of a sheet-fed offset press. SOLUTION: The position adjusting device for a printing plate 1 has a fixing apparatus 3 for an end of the printing plate 1 corresponding to a printing start part, while the printing plate 1 has, at its end, a recess for coating with stoppers 4, 5 provided in the apparatus 3, and position sensors 8, 9 are provided to recognize the position of the printing plate outside the recess. In this case, when the fixing apparatus 3 is closed, the stoppers 4, 5 move a certain distance oppositely to the feed direction of the printing plate, whereby the plate 1 is pushed to a registered position so that the sensors 8, 9 act as a transmitter to transmit that the forward end of the plate 1 is provided within a certain region in the apparatus 3.

SOLUTION: A circuit opening and closing device 2, connecting a circuit automatically when a cylinder 1 is stopped at a predetermined position, is provided between a power supply 3 and a current consuming device 4, which are arranged in the cylinder 1. The circuit opening and closing device 2 is constituted of a small tube 7, conductive liquid 8 sealed in the tube 7 and contact pieces 5, 6, for example, and when the cylinder 1 is stopped at the predetermined position, the conductive liquid 8 is positioned at the lowermost position in the small tube 7 whereby the contact pieces 5, 6 are connected.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a power supply to be loaded as necessary without necessity to manually operate the power supply arranged inside a power supply cylinder by providing a circuit switch outside the cylinder and adding an activation device which can come into contact with the cylinder and also can be separated from the cylinder, to the cylinder. SOLUTION: On a cylinder 1, electrically operable register pins 2.1, 2.2 are provided in such a state that the pins 2.1, 2.2 are electrically insulated with the cylinder 1 or the chucking rail of a printing start part. Consequently it is possible to check with the register pins 2.1, 2.2 whether a metal printing plate is mounted as correctly as registered, in the same manner as a circuit switch 5 is activated. A device for opening/closing the pins 2.1, 2.2 or a sensor means is connected to and activated with an analytical device 4 provided on the cylinder 1 as a current consumption device. This analytical device 4 is connected to a current feed device 3 formed as a cell or a rechargeable storage battery through the circuit switch 5 formed as a key. Further the circuit switch 5 comes into contact with the cylinder 1 and is activated by an activation device 6 which can be separated from the cylinder 1.

The potential applied to the printing plate 5 from the signal transmission device 4 provided to the cylinder 1 through register pins 2.1, 2.2 by the contact maker 6 provided to the uncoated back side opposed to the roller 10 as a slide contact maker or a conductive roller or brush to be transmitted to a fixed analyzer 7. The analyzer 7 detects the potential of the printing plate 5 according to the charge of the register pins 2.1, 2.2. By this constitution, it can be confirmed whether the printing plate 5 is brought to a contact state according to a register.
