SOLUTION: When temporary protective films 11 -13 which are formed by applying paints for protection on a coated surface 3a after the completion of a coating, is peeled from the coated surface 3a, the end edge of the temporary protective films 11 -13 are peeled from the coated surface 3a by jetting a high pressure water between the end edges of temporary protective films 11 -13 and the coated surface 3a. 摘要： PURPOSE:To attain effective utilization of a space and exclude a water supply operating means such as a pump and the like by providing a painting booth on an upper floor and a filter apparatus on a lower floor respectively. CONSTITUTION:A painting booth A is equipped with a water spray nozzle 2 and the oversprayed paint is contained in water by a water screen formed by the nozzle and recovered. A storage tank B storing a paint dust washing water is provided at a lower portion of the painting booth A and a tank B and a filter apparatus C is connected through a duct 3. The water of the water tank F is supplied to the filter apparatus C by the duct 7 and the duct 7 is branched and connected to a water supply duct provided at an upper and a lower portion of the screen 4.

摘要： PURPOSE:To supply coating without a coagulation film and a coagulation substance to a coating applicator for a long period of time to enable coating application with stable quality by having inert gas supplied into a storage tank of water-base coating exposed to a surface of the water-base coating so as to prevent skinning of the water-base coating surface. CONSTITUTION:Inert gas 5 is supplied into a tank 1 for storing water-base coating 3. The gas 5 may be inert gas 5 which is heavier than air, argon gas for example. The gas 5 is supplied from above the coating 3 in the tank 1, whereby the gas 5 stays at a coating surface 3-1, air staying at the coating surface 3-1 moves upward, and the entire coating surface 3-1 is covered with the inert gas 5 without touching the air. Therefore the coating surface 3-1 is in contact with only the inert gas 5, wherein activation of the surface is suppressed, and generation of a coagulation film is suppressed, that is, a so- called skinning phenomenon of the water base coating surface 3-1 can be suppressed or prevented.

摘要： PURPOSE:To treat paint waste water easily and certainly by a mechanism wherein a waste water containing paint dregs in a painting booth is supplied to a filter apparatus and the paint dregs are removed from a paint dust washing water by a net screen of the said apparatus. The waste water is separated into the paint dregs and the circulating water by a net like screen of the filter apparatus D and the paint dregs discharged outside as paint sludge by a conveyor 26 and a cart 27. The circulating water stored in a storage portion 28 is returned to the painting booth A through a duct 31 and a duct 10.
