    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably and smoothly sense an abnormal combustion using a flame detector without depending upon change of a combustion amount of a combustor by lengthening a delay time for inhibiting sensing of an abnormal combustion state for a predetermined time longer in the case of reducing a combustion amount of the combustor when decreasing degree of combustion amount of the combustor is larger. SOLUTION: A delay time for inhibiting sensing of an abnormal combustion state of a burner by an abnormal combustion sensing means 40 for sensing the abnormal state of the burner is set. During the set delay time, sensing of the abnormal state by the means 40 is inhibited. The means 40 compares a level of a combustion state sensing signal with a reference value response to the combining state of the burner, and senses the state that the level is lowered to a reference level or lower as the abnormal state of the burner. And, a delay time setting means 41 fundamentally sets the delay time longer when decreasing degree of the combustion amount is larger in the case of reducing the combustion amount of the burner. Contrarily, when the degree of the combustion amount is smaller, the time is set shorter.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhauster for preventing exhaust from flowing backward in the case of evacuation to outdoors via an exhaust pipe being shared with other exhaust devices. SOLUTION: An exhaust device for evacuating via an exhaust pipe that is shared with an exhaust device 2 is provided with a first fan forced operation means 29 for forcibly operating a first fan 3, and an instructed state detection means 28 for detecting the instructed state of first operation instruction means 9 and 10. A second fan control means 30 operates a second fan 14 when the means 30 detects that the first and second instruction means 9 and 10 instruct the operation of the first fan 3 by the instruction state detection means 28, and forcibly operates the first fan 3 by the first fan forced operation means 29 when the means 30 detects that the first operation instruction means 9 and 10 do not instruct the operation of the first fan 3 by the instruction state detection means 28 when the operation of the second fan 14 is instructed by a second operation instruction means 18.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller which can suppress the deterioration of an efficiency for supplying a power to a synchronous motor and the vibration of the synchronous motor and control a revolution of the motor, at a low cost. SOLUTION: During a half period from a zero-cross point (t0 ) to a next zero-cross point (t1 ) of an output voltage (a) of an AC power supply, the AC power supply is made to be electrically continuous with a motor to apply a voltage to a motor. After an interval of one period (t1 -t3 ) of the output voltage of the AC power supply during a half period from the zero-cross point (t3 ) to a next zero-cross point (t4 ), the AC power supply is made to be electrically continuous with the motor again to apply a voltage to the motor. After an interval of one period (t4 -t6 ) of the output voltage of the AC power supply, the AC power supply is made to be electrically continuous with the motor again. By repeating this procedure, an AC voltage (b) having a frequency (1/T1 ) one third of the frequency (1/T0 ) of the output voltage of the AC power supply is applied to the motor. With such a constitution, the motor can be turned with a revolution synchronizing with a frequency one third of the frequency of the output voltage of the AC power supply.
