    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To spontaneously remove contamination without wiping off it with cloth and to provide a good image quality by providing a transparent coating layer having contamination resistance with ultraviolet radiation on a display surface of a display. SOLUTION: The display surface of a display, for preventing fat-and-oil contamination due to electrostatic adhesion, is applied with a transparent coating layer containing metal oxide photo semiconductor particles such as anatase-type TiO2 that provides contamination resistance by decomposing the contamination to carbon dioxide and water with ultraviolet radiation. For example, a transparent glass or plastic surface such as a CRT or a liquid crystal display panel is coated with a resin paint containing photo-catalytic metal oxide particles and is baked and cured to form a contamination resistant coating layer at this photocatalyst. Thickness of this coating layer is set thinner than 0.2 μm based on wavelength of light, coloring caused by interference of light in this layer can be prevented, and transparency increase with thinner coating. In addition, a protective film with abrasion resistance or corrosion resistance can be applied for securing abrasion resistance, if necessary.

It has a plurality of light emitting parts 21, 22, 23 and 24 where the semiconductor laser 1 and the lens 3 are integrally held, and each light emitting part has a driving part 6 independently adjusted.
