SOLUTION: A control panel 4 is arranged on the upper surface of a rear part on the right side of a device main body 1 by using a pedestal 5, a support 6 and a supporting arm 7. The pedestal 5 is not fixed in the main body 1 and moves to a plane part such as the front on the right side and the rear on the left side of the upper surface of the main body 1. Therefore, the pedestal 5 has proper weight so that the panel 4 can be stably supported. A cable 8 is so long that it can cope with the movement of the panel 4.

SOLUTION: An insulation connection member 8 is nipped between an arm member 6 and a pillar member 7 and they are penetrated by a fastening member 9 from the side of the arm member 6 with a spacer 10 therebetween for connecting them. The arm member 6 and pillar member 7 are electrically insulated. As a result, an operation panel body 5 or the arm member 6 does not become a part like an antenna receiving external noise so that the noise is not transmitted to an apparatus body 1 via the pillar member 7.

SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display section 6 is used for various displays, such as various kinds of detailed mode setting exclusive of the mode setting to be made by a hardware key 5, display at the time of device abnormality and guidance display for method for using the device. The light shielding member 7 is installed near the part above the liquid crystal display section 6 and prevents the external light of fluorescent lamps, etc., in a room from reflecting on the surface of the liquid crystal display section 6 and impairing the display quality. In such a case, the light shielding member 7 is mounted at the upper part of the main body of an operation panel section 4 via hinges. In free stop hinges are used for the hinges, the arbitrary setting of the angle of the light shielding member 7 is possible. The light shielding member 7 may be provided with lock screws, etc., for fixing the member after the angle setting thereof. The light shielding member 7 has mounting pawls to that the member is held by inserting these mounting pawls into the part of the mounting holes formed in the operation panel section 4.

SOLUTION: A photoreceptor driving device is provided with the photoreceptor rotationally driven by a photoreceptor driving shaft 1, a plurality of the units arranged around the photoreceptor, and photoreceptor side and unit side timing belts 3 and 17 respectively transmitting driving force from an output pulley 22 of a driving motor 21 to a photoreceptor pulley 2 provided on the photoreceptor driving shaft and unit pulleys provided on respective unit driving shafts 11 and 15. The photoreceptor pulley is composed of a boss part 31 of a small diameter fixed by inserting a shaft hole to the photoreceptor driving shaft and a pulley main body 41 of a large diameter. The boss part is provided with a plurality of projections 34 on one end face in an axial direction, the pulley main body is provided with recessed parts 44 for receiving and coupling the projections of the boss part on one end face of it and an elastic member 35 is interposed between a side face of the projection of the boss part and an inner wall of the recessed part.
