The standard mechanism 900 is arranged between the third case member 630 and the circuit board 500 and includes a plate spring 940 attached to the circuit board 500, a standard contact 950 to be brought into contact with the tip part 942 of the plate spring 940 and a standard cam 930 abutted to the plate spring 940 and operating the plate spring 940 interlocking with the drive of the indicator pipes. The plate spring 940 is pressed to a boss 631 attached to the third case member 630 and energized to the standard cam side.
