Additionally, it is made possible to directly see a display of a pattern and letters, etc., provided on a front surface of the special ledge part 13 through a through hole radially drilled on the disc 2, and it is made possible to smoothly flow air by communicating a clearance 9 between a braking part 8 arranged in the wheel and the rim 1 to the outside through the through hole 6 from the vast space part 3.
