    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow coolant to be reused by efficiently removing metal material particles from coolant waste liquid containing the metal material particles discharged in working of a metal material.SOLUTION: In a method for recovering coolant from coolant waste liquid containing fine metal material particles by separating the metal material particles using a separation membrane, the separation membrane having separation accuracy f (μm) of 0.2-5 μm is used. Particle size distribution of the metal material particles included in the coolant waste liquid before separation membrane treatment is adjusted before the membrane separation so that the particles having particle diameters equal to or more than the particle diameter d (μm) obtained by an expression of f×0.05=d occupy 10-100 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the total amount of the metal material particles included in the coolant waste liquid, and the metal material particles are then separated using the separation membrane.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively increase the unidirectional mechanical performance of a hydraulic extrusion molded body, which includes reinforcing fibers and the ratio of a widthwise bending strength to the difference between a lengthwise bending strength and the widthwise bending strength of which is a specifies value or less, is obtained by extruding a hydraulic material through a taper barrel, in which a plate-like member for orientating fibers is provided along the extrusion direction of the hydraulic material. SOLUTION: A plate-like member for orientating fibers 1 is arranged along the extrusion direction (b) of a hydraulic material on the inner wall of a taper barrel 2 and the spreading direction (a) of the plate-like member 1 is made parallel to the extrusion direction (b) of the hydraulic material. The plate-like member 1 is installed at the same position or somewhat on the upstream side of the extrusion part 7 of the taper barrel so as to meet again hydraulic materials once divided by the plate-like member 1 in order to strongly make into an integral body, resulting in making more hard to develop phenomena such as a ply separation and the like in an extrusion molded body. By extruding the hydraulic material through the taper barrel 2, the reinforcing fibers are orientated to the extrusion direction (b) and the ratio of the widthwise bending strength to the difference between the lengthwise bending strength and the widthwise bending strength of the mold body is set to be 1.4 or less. The lengthwise bending strength of the molded body can be selectively increased.
