    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate position where inspection is impossible just before or after the obstacle by running over an obstacle such as a wire connection sleeve. SOLUTION: In this wire inspection device 1, a running distance from a base point is measured by a rotary encoder 30, while it runs on a wire W by means of rollers 12, 13 for detecting a damaged condition of the wire W by damage detectors 21, 22 provided with eddy current sensors. For a sleeve S as an obstacle on the wire W, its back end is detected by a sensor 31, and its forward end is detected by a sensor 32. First, the damage detector 21 is placed on an inspection position, with the damage detector 22 placed on a retraction position, so the wire W is inspected by the damage detector 21 only while it runs. As the back end of the sleeve S is detected by the sensor 31, the damage detector 21 is retracted upward at a position close to the back end. After passing the sleeve S to detect the forward end by the sensor 32, the front and the back damage detectors 21, 22 are both restored, and inspection is restarted. The damage detector 22 starts inspection at a position close to the forward end of the sleeve S. After running for a specified distance, the damage detector 22 is retracted upward, and inspection is performed by the damage detector 21 only.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric traction inspection device which stably runs tracking unevenness and mutual vertical/lateral positional relative fluctuation in a hung line or a feeder so as to provide a high quality inspection result. SOLUTION: An electric traction inspection device 1 is provided with driving carriages 2, 3 on a feeder B, a sensor unit 4, a driven carriage 5 on a hung line A, and a sensor unit 6. Both of the hung line A and the feeder B serve as power supply lines. A driving roller 8 rolling on the feeder B is journalled with a frame 7 for the driving carriages 2, 3 so as to be driven by means of a motor 9. The sensor unit 4, which is connected to the driving carriages 2, 3 by means of a connecting mechanism 18, can be freely rotated relatively in the vertical direction and in the horizontal direction and can be freely displaced relatively in the vertical direction. A driven roller 23 rolling on the hung line A is journalled with a frame 22 for the driven carriage 5. The driven carriage 5, which is connected to the sensor unit 4 by means of a connecting mechanism 24, can be freely rotated relatively in the vertical direction and can be freely displaced relatively in the vertical direction and in the opposing direction. The sensor units 4, 6 are provided with flaw detectors 15, 28 detecting a flaw in the feeder B and the hung line A by means of eddy current.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire inspection device capable of picking up the 360°-image of an electric wire with cameras and inspecting electric wires for anomalies with ease. SOLUTION: The electric wire inspection device 1 is constituted by installing rollers 3 that can roll on a feeder L on a frame body 2 secured at the upper end of an insulated operating rod P, and installing CCD cameras 4 through a rocking mechanism 5. The rocking mechanism 5 is constituted by erecting a plurality of guide pins 7 from a guide plate 6, secured on the frame body 2c, in an arc shape with the feeder L positioned in the center. A rocking plate 8 provided with an long arc-shaped hole 8a through which the guide pins 7 are passed is supported on the guide pins 7. The rocking plate 8 is provided with an arc-shaped engaging tooth string 8b concentric with the long hole 8a. A gear 9 driven by a motor 10, supported on the frame body 2, is engaged with the engaging tooth string 8b. The rocking plate 8 is provided with an arm bar 12 with a pair of the CCD cameras 4, 4 fixed at both its ends which CCD cameras pick up the image of the feeder L from both sides. While the rocking plate 8 is reciprocated through a predetermined rotational angle by the gear 9, the image of the outer circumferential surface of the feeder L is picked up with the CCD cameras 4, 4.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a train cable support device supporting a suspended wire and a trolley so that a train cable inspection device can smoothly travel. SOLUTION: Each support member 2 is supported on the ceiling or the like of a tunnel through an insulator 7. A main pipe 3 is fixed to the support members 2 at its base end and extends nearly horizontally in a direction crossing a train track. An arm support fitting 4 is fixed to the main pipe 3. Curvilinear pull fittings 5 are horizontally rotatably supported at their base ends by the arm support fitting 4 and hold trolley cables T1 and T2 at their tip parts. A suspended wire support member 6 is fixed to the main pipe 3 and nearly horizontally support two suspended cables F1 and F2 at its upper part. The suspended cable support member 6 has a mounting member 8 for fixing it to the main pipe 3, and respective pairs of support pulleys 9 and roller guides 10 supported thereby. The support pulleys 9 axially movably mount and receive the suspended wires F1 and F2. The roller guides 10 cover the upper parts of the suspended wires F1 and F2 while passing them between the support pulleys 9 and themselves so as to allow the train cable inspection device 31 to smoothly travel.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance measuring apparatus of an electric wire connection part which can travel freely on an electric wire to grind the surface of the electric wire and measure a resistance automatically at a specified position. SOLUTION: First and second mechanism parts 2 and 3 are moved on an electric wire W by a traction device 4. The first and second mechanism parts 2 and 3 are arranged separately on both sides of a connection part W1 of the electric wire and a contact member 11 the respective mechanism parts include is brought into contact with the electric wire W to mutually energize the mechanism parts therebetween through the connection part W1. Then, electric resistance of the connection part W1 of the electric wire is measured and displayed by a measuring apparatus body 7. At the first and second mechanism parts 2 and 3, a grinding brush 13 for grinding the surface of the electric wire W is provided at a specified interval on the side in one direction of the contact member 11 and after the grinding of the surface of the electric wire W by the grinding brush 13, the contact member 11 is arranged by the traction device 4 at a position corresponding to the surface of the electric wire W ground. Then, the parts as mentioned above are controlled by a control means 5 to measure an electric resistance of the connection part W1 of the electric wire by the contact member 11 and the measuring apparatus body 7.
