摘要： PURPOSE:To precisely regulate discharging quantity of molten metal by calculating the necessary tilting angle from the setting value and the actual measured value of molten metal quantity to be discharged from a tilting furnace and executing feedback control. CONSTITUTION:In the tilting furnace 1, an angle sensor 14 for detecting horizontal level of the molten metal and a control motor 8 for tilt-driving the furnace body are provided. The molten metal in a storing ladle 16 is supplied into a mold 20 on a turn table after measuring with a wt. detecting sensor 24 for weighing ladle 21. The molten metal quantity to be fed into the mold 20 is set and displayed with a setting device 27, and to the molten metal wt. to be fed at the fixed cycle from the tilting furnace 1, a wt. sensor 19 for the storing ladle 16 and the wt. detecting sensor 24 for the weighing ladle are controlled to the aimed setting value by driving the lifting devices 18, 22.

摘要： PURPOSE:To save the manpowers in the operation of a converter by providing an ore-feeding tube at the end of a horizontal arm in a projecting manner, and mounting a coupler abutting the end surface of a tuyere guide tube ion the external wall side of the converter in an annular and air-tight manner. CONSTITUTION:An ore-feeding tube is inserted toward a tuyere guide tube S1 which is inserted into the side wall of a converter A, and ores are blown into the converter A. A horizontal arm 1 is provided on the side wall in such a manner as to freely advance and retreat. A vertical arm 2 is provided by being suspended by the horizontal arm 1 in an elevatable manner. The ore- feeding tube is provided on the end part 15 of the horizontal arm 1 along the axial line of the specified tuyere guide tube S1 in a projecting manner, and a tightly connecting means is mounted on the converter A. A coupler abutting the end surface of the tuyere guide tube S1 on the external wall side of the converter is mounted on the ore-feeding tube in an annular and air-tight manner. This constitution allows automatic removal of the ore-feeding tube.

摘要： PURPOSE:To allow the direct feeding of blister copper to a refining furnace without intervening an intermediate holding furnace by connecting a smelting furnace, a separating furnace and a copper making furnace in series and selectively communicating plural refining furnaces with the copper making furnace via a selector device. CONSTITUTION:Granular substances, such as copper fines, are blown together with oxygen-enriched air into the smelting furnace 1 to form a mixture composed of matte and slag. This mixture is made to flow down into the separating furnace 2. The matte separated in the separating furnace 2 is made to flow over by a siphon 2a and to flow down into the copper making furnace 3. The slag is withdrawn from an outflow hole 2B. The matte charged into the copper making furnace is further oxidized by the oxygen-enriched air to separate the slag. The matte is formed to the blister copper which flows down to a trough 11A. The slag is withdrawn from an outflow port 3b. The blister copper flowing down to a trough 11A is made to flow down to either of the troughs 11B, 11B by the selector device 12 and is received into the refining furnaces 4.
