    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin container which has an upper member that can be easily separated from an incision, and is applicable to a variety of use, such as an ampul, and to provide a manufacturing method of the container.
      SOLUTION: The resin container comprises a container body 11 which has a mouth 14 formed in continuity with the shoulder 13 of a trunk 12 containing a liquid at the upside of the shoulder 13, a bulged part 21 which is formed to be integral to the mouth 14 at its upside, where the inside of the bulged part 21 communicates with the mouth 14, and a tab 31 which is formed at the upside of the bulged part 21 and is severed and removed, together with the bulged part 21, upon using the container. The incision 41 of an almost V shape is formed circumferentially along the outer circumferential surface of the boundary between the mouth 14 and the bulged part 21. On the inner circumferential surface of the incision 41, a conical inner tapered surface 43 is formed to be continuous from upper to lower parts across the front end of the incision 41 and widen in diameter upwardly. The inner tapered surface 43 has a widening angle Y smaller than the widening angle X of a conical outer tapered surface 42 which is formed on the upside of the front end of the incision 41 and widens upwardly in diameter.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid agent container whose inside stopper does not come off during the use of the container and has a small head space. SOLUTION: The liquid agent container comprises a container body 11 having a liquid injection cylinder 16 which is formed on the upside of a screw cylinder 14 via a neck 15 having a small diameter, a cap 21 which has a trunk 24 integral to a top face 22 and screwed on the screw neck 14 and a locking small raised part 25 formed on the interior of the trunk 24, and the inside stopper 31 which has a trunk 33 integral to a top board 17 and fitted into the liquid injection cylinder 16, a liquid injection inlet 34 projected on the top face of the top board 17, and a spike pin 35 extending out from the under surface of the top board 17. The inside stopper 31 also includes a circular locking projection 36 formed on the outer surface of the trunk 33, and a circular locking projection 37 which is formed on the inner surface of the trunk 33 and is locked onto the neck 15. When the locking projection 37 is locked onto the small raised part 25 of the cap 21, the inside stopper 31 is fitted loosely at the inside of the cap 21 as the cap 21 is screwed on the screw cylinder 14 with the spike pin 35 being separated from the liquid injection cylinder 16.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid medicine container, which is configured so that it cannot be easily opened by a young child.SOLUTION: A hollowed storage portion 3 for receiving a liquid medicine 2 is formed in a plate-like portion 4. A lid 7 is connected to the storage portion 3 through a neck 6. A tab portion 8 is connected to the lid 7 so as to surround it, and the lateral end portions thereof are connected to the plate-like portion 4 and the neck 6 respectively through thin portions 17 so as to be ruptured. A regulation portion 9 is formed in a reversed U shape to surround the tab portion 8, and is connected to the tab portion 8 through a thin portion 21 so as to be ruptured. The lateral end portions thereof are continued to a stepped portion 10 of the plate-like portion 4 respectively. The regulation portion 9 can be separated into a lateral pair of plate pieces 19, 19 along a thin portion 18 formed at the lateral center. Each plate piece 19 is pulled laterally so as to be separated from each other, whereby the plate pieces 19, 19 are separated along the thin portion 18, and each plate piece 19 is ruptured from the tab portion 8 along the thin portion 21.

The end of the neck part is made a ring-state concave part 51 having a protruded end directed outward, with the edge of a lower ring-state face that constitutes the cut part and the tip edge of the neck part being jointed.
