摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-impervious material which has a flow property during force feeding by a pump, is little in material separation during underwater placement, gelatinizes after the placement and has low water permeability and deformation follow-up characteristic.
SOLUTION: The deformation follow-up type water-impervious material is formed by adding clay ores to a marine clay suspension of 100 to 300% in moisture content ratio and then adding at least one kind selected from silicates, alkaline metal salts and alkaline earth metal salts thereto to reform the suspension to a gelatinous material.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for repairing a superannuated pier, in which repair works are conducted without depending upon external working such as a natural condition and the usage efficiency of working apparatuses is improved and which has high quality after a repair.
SOLUTION: An existing superannuated pier body 2 is cut and divided into small blocks 10 while each small block 10 is detached from bearing piles 1, and the small blocks are moved on a repair-work yard. The bases of each small block 10 are inverted upwards and the superannuated sections of the bases are removed, pipings and reinforcing bars 27 for sheaths 25 for inserting PC tendons are arranged to the removed sections, and the sheaths and the reinforcing bars are buried and new repair concrete 27 is placed. The bases of each small block 10 are directed downwards and moved on the original bearing piles 1 after the curing of repair concrete, and sections among the previously cut bearing piles 1 and the small blocks 10 are connected.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating type offshore wind power generation device which makes easy the tension adjusting work of a mooring rope and can improve the stability of a floating body.SOLUTION: The floating type offshore wind power generation device 1 includes: a power generation device 2; the floating body 3, which supports the power generation device; sinkers 4, which moor the floating body; and tendons 5, stretched tautly each with one end connected to the floating body and the other ends thereof connected to the sinkers to stabilize the position and attitude of the floating body. In the floating type offshore wind power generation device 1, the floating body 3 is structured with a center column 3a, which supports the power generator and projection parts 3b arranged on the center column via connecting members 3c around the center column. A connecting structure of the tendons 5 at the floating body side is concentrated to the upper part of the center column 3a from the projection parts 3b along the connecting members 3c.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating body type offshore wind power generation facility having high workability and needing low facility costs.SOLUTION: In the structure of the floating body type offshore wind power generation facility 1 comprising a power generation device 2, a floating body 3 for supporting the power generation facility, a sinker 4 for mooring the floating body and a mooring rope whose one end is fastened to the floating body and whose other end is fastened to the sinker to be stretched in a tensed manner to make stable the position and attitude of the floating body, the sinker 4 is formed in the form of a bottomed cylindrical body whose top is entirely open to house the whole column of the floating body. At the same time, the bottomed cylindrical body and the floating body are connected with each other with the mooring rope. By evenly pouring water into the entire interior of the cylindrical body of the sinker, the sinker 4 is spaced apart from the floating body to reach a sea bottom 7 to be a component of the floating body type offshore wind power generation facility 1 that serves as both a barge for towing the floating body and a weight for the floating body.
