Thus, when the light is irradiated on the skin 30, even if the irradiation light is leaked from the gap between the light shielding tube 9 and the skin 30, the irradiation light is shielded by the outer light shielding tube 12, so that the irradiation light is prevented from being leaked to the outside from the outer light shielding tube 12, which improves safety against light leakage.
