    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for displaying a place where people ordinarily rarely pay attention but a crowd may be unexpectedly formed in the case of an emergency such as a disaster or an accident.SOLUTION: A wireless communication apparatus 200 transmits a piece of positional information and a server apparatus 210 accumulates the information via a base station on the area basis or time basis. Responding to a delivery request from the wireless communication apparatus 200, the server apparatus 210 calculates a relative number of wireless communication apparatuses using the accumulated data and delivers a piece of information to wireless communication apparatuses. The wireless communication apparatus 200 displays the delivered relative number in combination with a piece of map information. Thereby, areas with a large relative number of wireless communication apparatuses other than areas with a large absolute number is displayed.
