By making a flow of the rfrigerant gas in the delivery muffler 147 into a flow in one direction, storage of the refrigerant gas is eliminated. Also, the gas is quickly discharged out of the delivery muffler 147, so as to restrain the lubrication oil from being stored in the delivery muffler 147, and also to prevent a capacity of the delivery muffler 147 from being reduced.
