    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, as the structure a mold for molding an electromagnetic coil wound around an iron core, a mold structure suitable for motors, etc. meeting progressively advanced size reduction and output upgrade demands and used within high-temperature, high-humidity environments in comparison with a conventional technology.SOLUTION: A thermosetting unsaturated polyester resin and a thermoplastic polyester resin are used respectively as a base resin and a shrinkage reducing agent, whereas combined contents of both polyesters in terms of weight are 19% (the mixing ratio of the thermoplastic polyester resin with respect to the thermosetting unsaturated polyester is 25% at this time), whereas wetting dispersant, glass fiber, curative, zinc stearate, reaction inhibitor, and aluminum hydroxide contents are respectively 1%, 7%, 0.4%, 1.5%, 0.1%, and 71%. This mold resin exhibits a heat conductivity of 1.6 W/m K when filled with an inorganic filler at a high density by using a dispersant. Moreover, dimensional stability is realized by using one polyester as a shrinkage reducing agent.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel temperature reducing technology which reduces thermal resistance of a rotary electric machine in highly heating state to suppress rising of temperature of the rotary electric machine.SOLUTION: A stator of the rotary electric machine is formed by winding a stator coil 3 on a stator core 1 through an insulator 2. In figure 3, the stator is inserted into a frame 4 of a shell formed of aluminum, to form a stator structure body. A mold resin 6 comprises an injection mold material which is thermally cured and made of epoxy, polyester, or the like, and a bulk molding compound, or the like. In order to improve heat radiation property, the mold resin is preferred to have a high heat conduction rate, with a high heat conduction rate packing material such as alumina or silicon nitride being blended. Resin of high fluidity is also preferred due to infiltration of resin in the coil.
