An output of the inverter circuit is restricted so that the resonance voltage detected by the resonance voltage detector is not larger than a restriction value, and when the input current detected by the input current detector and an ON time period of a switching element are larger than predetermined values, the restriction value to the resonance voltage is changed to be higher.
