    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce stress to a switching device and a load at power recovery of a commercial power supply even when the load is an inductive load, a capacitive load, or the like.SOLUTION: A power feeding system 1 has a power adjustment device 2 and a switching device 3. The power adjustment device 2 has a function of switching from an interconnected operation to an autonomous operation in the case that a commercial power supply 9 is stopped, and a function of switching from the autonomous operation to the interconnected operation in the case that the commercial power supply 9 is recovered. The switching device 3 includes: an MCDT [Magnetic Contactor Double Throw] (a switching part) for switching a power feeding path to a load, between a commercial circuit 33 and an autonomous circuit 34; and a switching controller for controlling the MCDT. The switching controller controls the MCDT so as to switch the power feeding path from the commercial circuit 33 to the autonomous circuit 34 in the case that a voltage of the autonomous circuit 34 is a threshold or more. In the case that the voltage of the autonomous circuit 34 is less than the threshold, the switching controller controls the MCDT so as to switch the power feeding path from the autonomous circuit 34 to the commercial circuit 33 after a lapse of a specified time period from when the voltage becomes less than the threshold.
