Furthermore, as the advance distribution of the Bayes model, the priori conditions of the smooth distribution of the distribution of the direction spectrum of the wave is incorporated, the weight coefficient of the priori conditions is determined (S10) by minimizing a Bayes-type information standard ABIC, and the direction spectrum is successively and approximately obtained by the maximum likelihood method of Bayes.

Also, when the material of continuous length being wound in the roll shape is untied, linearity can be maintained by the force of repulsion of a spring. Then, the materials of continuous length with the lengths of L1-L3 is arranged while a degree of 60 deg. can be maintained, and at the same time a connection part is overlapped at each intersection. A connection member such as a bolt and a nut is inserted into each overlapped connection part for connecting, thus completing a trestle. A maritime weather observation meter 11 such as a wave-height meter is fixed to each vertex of a large equilateral triangle and the center of gravity.
