摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize quality and to make the efficient production by simple equipment possible by eliminating the deterioration in the mechanical characteristics of a light transparent substrate and obviating the remaining of air bubbles in a dry photosetting film. SOLUTION: This optical element consists of the light transparent substrate 5 and the translucent dry photosetting film 2 laminated on the light transparent substrate 5 and rugged patterns are formed on the surface of the dry photosetting film 2. In such a case, the dry photosetting film 2 has the viscosity in the uncured state at room temp. within a specific range and the thickness in this state within a specific range and has the assigned characteristics of the specific range. Further, the production of the optical element is executed by heating and pressurizing the dry photosetting film 2 in a reduced state by means of a roller and sticking the light transparent substrate 5 to the dry photosetting film 2. The dry photosetting film 2 is thereafter cured by irradiation with UV rays. Molds are then separated from the dry photosetting film 2.

摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain a laminated optical disk having a high recording density and high transfer rate in which information can be reproduced from plural recording planes by irradiation with beams from one surface without causing reading defects, and to efficiently produce this optical disk. CONSTITUTION: This disk consists of a first light-transmitting substrate 1, surface where first pits 8 and grooves are formed, first reflecting film and recording film 2, intermediate layer 4, second reflecting film and recording film 6, surface where second pits 9 and grooves are formed, and second light- transmitting substrate 7 in this order when viewed from the side of irradiation with reproducing beams. The first reflecting film and recording film 2 is translucent. The intermediate layer 4 consists of a light-transmitting dry photosetting film having 3500 to 400000 poise viscosity at room temp. in an uncured state and 5 to 200μm thickness in an uncured state.

Next, the substrates is irradiated with UV rays to cure the first UV curing type resin layer 4. The air bubbles generated at the time of bonding by the leakage within the chamber 40 are crushed by the pressure difference between the atm. pressure and the reduced pressure space to the extent that the optical influence thereof is negligible.
