摘要： PURPOSE:To elevate a base plate portion without a truck by supporting the base plate portion at a suitable height above the floor surface through supporting rods supported in a suitable turning state, inner wheels, rolling elements and outer wheels by an inter-locking driving mechanism. CONSTITUTION:When a crank handle 8 is turned to elongate an expansion driving rod 7, with a base plate portion 1 supported in a lower position, a left supporting rod 3a is turned counter-clockwise by a driving arm 6 and simultaneously a right supporting rod 3b is turned in the same direction by an interlocking driving mechanism comprising right and left interlocking arms 4a, 4b and an interlocking link 5. Right and left inner peripheral surface wheels 9a, 9b are also turned in the same direction as supporting rods 3a, 3b. As these inner wheels 9a, 9b are eccentric, the distances between the center of rotation, that is, the positions of the supporting rods 3a, 3b and points of outer wheels 11a, 11b, which are in contact with the floor surface 22 of a patient's room or the like are changed, so that the center of rotation is lifted up and the base plate portion 1 is lifted up through the supporting rods 3a, 3b and the supporting arms 2a, 2b. When the expansion driving rod 7 is shortened, the base plate portion 1 can be lowered by the reverse operation.
