摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sea chest capable of effectively preventing suction of bubbles by, e.g., a pump effectively by separating and removing bubbles in sea water effectively.SOLUTION: A port-side sea chest 7 includes a sea water inlet 9 for introduction of sea water from the outboard and a sea water outlet 13 delivering sea water to the inboard and is provided with an air vent hole 14 arranged on an upper end wall of the port-side sea chest 7 and discharging air included in sea water and a flow guide plate 16 guiding sea water introduced from the sea water inlet 9 so as to flow toward the air vent hole 14 and then toward the sea water outlet 13. Sea water introduced from the sea water inlet 9 comes in contact with one side of the flow guide plate 16 to form an obliquely upward upflow and ascends in the port-side sea chest 7 and then comes in contact with the other side of the flow guide plate 16 to form an obliquely downward downflow and flows toward the sea water outlet 13.

SOLUTION: This maritime device module comprises a line lead-in hole 9 opened in the bottom surface 23 thereof, a skirt part 22 secured watertight to the bottom surface 23 and surrounding the line lead-in hole 9, and a combing 21 surrounding the line lead-in hole 20 opened in the deck 8. When the maritime device module is mounted on the deck 8 and fixed, the skirt part 22 surrounds the combing 21.
