    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a concrete structure attaining efficient construction without interfering with arrangement of reinforcements while sufficiently suppressing cracking even if using ordinary concrete.
      SOLUTION: Reinforcements 1 and a plurality of ducts (spiral ducts) 2 are built in a concrete placing space. In this case, priority is given to building-in of the reinforcements 1, and after building in the required number of reinforcements 1 according to a design basis, the plurality of ducts 2 are built in utilizing a space not interfering with the reinforcements 1. Concrete is then placed in two stages divided into the peripheries of the ducts 2 and the inside of the ducts 2. Since concrete is placed in two stages, even if ordinary concrete is used as concrete, the total calorific value by hydration is kept low, and a temperature gradient in a peripheral concrete layer 3, not to mention concrete layers in the ducts 2, becomes small to suppress cracking.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pier reusing method for reusing a structure that cannot exert functions of a pier due to its aging, deterioration, or the like, without crushing the same.
      SOLUTION: In reusing the structure that cannot exert the functions of the pier 1, the pier reusing method comprised of the following steps is employed. In the first step, a steel pipe pile 2 is cut away from the pier 1 and superstructure work 10 formed of a floor slab portion 5, a beam portion 4, and a pile head portion 3 is removed. In the second step, the removed superstructure work 10 in its original condition or in a condition in which a new structure or a new object is added to the original superstructure work, is set on the ground, in the ocean, or in a river, to thereby form a new structure having new functions. Thus the pier 1 can be reused without crushing the same, and therefore dust or noise which is unavoidable when crushing is carried out, occurs, whereby a large load is not imposed on the environment.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-strength mortar filling which is a filling filled into the cavity of ground and is used instead of an air mortar filling having such a limitation that it is difficult to use an existing ready-mix concrete plant.
      SOLUTION: The low-strength mortar filling used is a mortar prepared by mixing cement with fly ash, SHIRASU (a kind of pumiceous sand), and water. The filling contains at least 800 kg/m
      3 SHIRASU. The mortar flow of the filling is set at 180 mm or higher. The weight ratio SH/P is at least 2.5 (wherein SH is SHIRASU, and P is the powder comprising the cement and an inorganic powder). The weight ratio FA/P is 0.7 or higher (wherein FA is the inorganic powder and P is as defined above). The weight ratio W/C is 4.0 or higher (wherein W is water, and C is the cement).
