    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive recovering unit of a volatile organic compound which is excellent both in an adsorption rate and in a detachment rate of VOC. SOLUTION: The recovering unit of a volatile organic compound is provided with a plurality of tubes 5 which consist of microwave-permeable precise glass or ceramics and are arranged to the diameter direction, a sheet 6 to cover the outer peripheral surface of each tube 5, which consists of microwave-permeable glass wool or ceramic wool, a number of pellets 10 filled in the tubes 5, which consists of active carbon and a vessel 4 with fixed form which stores a plurality of the tubes 5 and which seals the surrounding space of each tube 5 airtightly and allows the inside of the tube 5 to communicate with the outside.
