    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded article having a conductive or antistatic property enough to prevent static charge even when a small amount of nanoscale carbon tubes is mixed therein, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The conductive or antistatic molded article is obtained by a method including a step where a first prescribed composition is prepared by bringing nanoscale carbon tubes into contact with a network-forming agent, or mixing the nanoscale carbon tubes, the network-forming agent and a prescribed amount of a volatile solvent and then subjecting the mixture to a drying process. The conductive or antistatic molded article has a prescribed surface resistivity, and has a network structure formed of continuous bodies each having a length of at least 10 μm and each including at least two of the nanoscale carbon tubes arranged in series while partly connected with each other when the surface layer of the molded article is observed with a scanning electron microscope. In the molded article, at least one of the continuous bodies is present in at least 80 fields of view when 100 fields of view having an area of 20 μm×20 μm are observed.
