    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial ground floating structure for evacuation which prevents a structure from collapsing when hit by an earthquake and prevents the same from inundation when hit by a flood.SOLUTION: An artificial ground floating structure for evacuation comprises: an artificial ground which has a main body section capable of floating on a surface of water, at least one or more column installed under a lower surface of the main body section and at least one or more through-hole arranged on the main body; a flotation guide member which has a support post for flotation guide penetrating the through-hole and a damper fixed to a lower edge section of the support pole for flotation guide; and a seismic base isolation device fixed to the lower edge section of the column. The artificial ground can float according to a water height along the flotation guide member guiding the same through the through-hole.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check the degree of infilling of grout into a cable sheath of a post-tensioned type PC structure with a high degree of accuracy.
      SOLUTION: In this method for checking the infilling of the grout into the cable sheath 11 of the post-tensioned type PC structure, an injection port for injecting the grout into the cable sheath 11 is provided; an exhaust port for discharging air in the cable sheath 11 is provided; and a flow sensor 13 for measuring the amount of exhaust air from inside the cable sheath 11 via the exhaust port is provided. The grout is infilled into the cable sheath 11 via the injection port. Thus, the amount of the exhaust air discharged from inside the cable sheath 11 via the exhaust port is measured by means of the flow sensor 13, and the infilling of the grout into the cable sheath 11 is checked on the basis of the measured amount of the exhaust air.
