摘要： PURPOSE: The titled easily mass-producible germicide, containing a specific N- substituted bisanilinodisulfide derivative as an active constituent, and having improved controlling effects on blights of various crops, particularly fire blight of apples, etc. with low toxicity to men, cattle and crops.
CONSTITUTION: A germicide containing a 2,2'-bis (alkoxycarbonylureidophenyl) disulfide expressed by formulaI(R is 1W4C alkyl) as an active constitutent. The compound expressed by formula I is obtained by reacting a 2,2'-bisanilinodisulfide expressed by formula II with an alkyl isothiocyanatoformate expressed by formula III in a solvent at 0W50°C for 3W4hr. The compound directly or in a mixture with a carrier or adjuvant is formulated into a dosage form of wettable powder, emulsion, dust or granule for use. The germicide exhibits particularly improved germicidal activity against blast of rice plants, fire blight of applies, brown rot of peaches, gray mold and sclerotinia rot or stem rot of vegetables.
