    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic capacitance sensor having the flexibility, and excellent in a response and a hysteresis characteristic.
      SOLUTION: A spacer 4 comprises: an adhesive sheet 8 attached to a substrate 2 on the movable electrode side and a substrate 3 on the fixed electrode side; and a gap stabilizing member 7 not attached to at least one of the substrate 2 on the movable electrode side and the substrate 3 on the fixed electrode side, or a gap stabilizing member 7 attached to at least one of the substrate 2 on the movable electrode side and the substrate 3 on the fixed electrode side by an adhesive force weaker than an adhesive force for serving an attachment between the adhesive sheet 8, the substrate 2 on the movable electrode side and the substrate 3 on the fixed electrode side. In the relation between the adhesive sheet 8 and the gap stabilizing member 7, the adhesive sheet 8 is not disposed on the substrate 2 on the movable electrode side or the substrate 3 on the fixed electrode side put between the spacer 4 at a location nearer than the gap stabilizing member 7.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow velocity measuring instrument of simple structure having a reduced flow-directional dimension of a measured fluid, and having a reduced area for blocking a flow of the measured fluid. SOLUTION: This flow velocity measuring instrument 1 has an introduction port 6 provided on a surface of a main body 2 and opened toward an upstream of the measured fluid, an introduction flow passage 14 extended from the introduction port 6 into an inside of the main body 2, a branch flow passage 15 branched from the introduction flow passage 14 and connected to the first discharge port with a terminal opened on the surface of the main body 2, a discharge flow passage 27 extended from the introduction flow passage 14 and connected to the second discharge port with a terminal opened on the surface of the main body 2, and a sensor element 22 provided in a measuring flow passage 16 connected to the branch flow passage 15 or the third discharge port branched further from the branch flow passage 15 and having a terminal opened on the surface of the main body 2. At least any out of the discharge flow passage 27, the introduction flow passage 14, the branch flow passage 15 and the measuring flow passage 16 has a portion overlapped with the other flow passage along a direction right-angled to respective flow directions of the the introduction flow passage 14 and the branch flow passage 15 in branch points.
