    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone filling material which fixes a bone flap in skull craniotomy to a craniotoped site, promotes the synostosis of the bone flap to the bone of the skull and does not give rise to postoperative depression from the viewpoint of cosmetic surgery. When the source voltage is sufficiently high, every comparator output is positive, and when the output of an FF95 is inverted positively, the gate 332 is inverted positively. When the source voltage drops, the gate 332 is inverted by the output of an FF96, and when the source voltage further drops, it is inverted by the output of an FF97, so the time of winding is secured sufficiently.
