摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for reversing hosiery having functions to prevent creases in gray during knitting of the hosiery and designed to smoothly and surely reverse the hosiery and deliver the hosiery to a toe sewing machine when the knitted hosiery is taken out of a knitting machine and completely automate the production of the hosiery.
SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for reversing the hosiery is composed of each element of a reversing cylinder 2 arranged in a cylinder 21 of the knitting machine 20 for taking in a knitted part of the hosiery into the interior, an actuator 3 for lifting and lowering the reversing cylinder 2, a mechanism 4 for rotating the reversing cylinder 2 synchronously with the rotation of the cylinder 21, an outer cylinder 5 for moving from a standby point onto the cylinder 21, a sucking up cylinder 6 provided in the interior of the outer cylinder 5 for lifting and lowering with an actuator 7 and an air stream generating source 8 for generating an air stream between the outer cylinder 5 and the sucking up cylinder 6. The reversing cylinder 2 is lifted to reverse the hosiery A in which the opening on the toe side is held by knitting needless 22 with the cylinder. The hosiery is simultaneously sucked up by the air stream generated with the air steam generating source 8 and the sucking up cylinder 6 is lowered until the sucking up cylinder enters the interior of the reversing cylinder 2 after completing the reversing. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for turning the surface side of a stocking out, capable of surely and smoothly turning out the surface side of the stocking finished with the sewing of the toe opening part and capable of conveying it to a taking out part smoothly and surely in a state of having its surface side out, and useful for the complete automatization of the production of the stockings.
SOLUTION: This device for turning-out the surface side of the stockings 1 is constituted by an inner tube 3 installed at the inside of an outer tube 2 and a plate having a plurality of holes 4, a sucking up tube 5 arranged at the inside of the outer tube 2 and preferably having a lower end cut as inclined, an air flow-generating source 6, a 2 way-changeover valve 7 for flowing the air flow to passages W1, W2 selectively and an actuator 8 for lifting up and down the sucking tube 5, and sucking the stockings A falling loosely to the outside part of the sucking up tube 5 by putting the wearing port side up and in a state of having its reverse side out by the air flow flowed to the passage W1 up to an end point of the sucking, then sucking the stocking A from their toe side while pulling the sucking tube 5 by the actuator 8 and turning the stockings into the inside of the sucking tube 5 to complete the turning of the surface side of the stockings out.
