摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head joint reinforcement lightweight, easy to handle and economical by using a deformed reinforcement with a fine diameter because the deformed reinforcement with a diameter suitable for design can be selected, and its mounting method.
SOLUTION: The pile head joint reinforcement (a) comprises a bolt body 1 allowing a nut 6 to be screw-fitted to an extra length part of an external thread part 2 on one end side of a threaded hole 8 of an end plate 7 stuck to a pile head of a prestressed concrete pile (b), and the deformed reinforcement 4 stuck to the other end side of the bolt body 1 almost with the same axis by friction pressure-bonding or the like. The pile head joint reinforcement is screwed into the threaded hole 8 of the end plate 7 using a spanner fastening part 3 provided on the other end side of the bolt body 1, and then fixed by tightening the nut 6.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight and improve economical efficiency by a method wherein one end of a deformed reinforcing bar is fixed at a bolt body, having one end part in which a spanner hook is formed and threadely engaged with a screw hole formed in the veneer of a PC pile to form a pile head joining reinforcing bar with a screw. SOLUTION: In a bolt body 1, a screw is processed on the outer periphery of a round bar through rolling or cutting and a spanner hook part 3 is formed at one end part through a pressing work. A bolt body 1 and a deformed reinforcing bar 4 are integrally fixed together through frictional press contact or stud welding to form the pile head joining reinforcing bar (a) with a screw. A bolt body 1 forms a hollow bolt body, the deformed reinforcing bar 4 is inserted in one end part, throttling, cut through, and contact-bonding effected by a dice. Simultaneously, an outer peripheral surface may be molded in a hexagonal spanner hook part. A nut 6 is screwed in a screw 2 and threadely engaged with the screw hole 8 of the veneer 7 of the PC pile. This constitution uses a fine deformed reinforcing bar, improves workability through reduction of weight, and further improves economical efficiency.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for fixing an anchor reinforcement to the head of a steel pipe pile, effective in reducing a construction cost and improving welding strength to the outer peripheral part of the steel pipe pile by a simple method. SOLUTION: A U-plate 2 formed by bending a plate in approximately U-shape is welded to the head outer peripheral surface of the steel pipe pile 1 while abutting beveled parts 11, 12 formed of inclined faces formed at the open ends of the U-plate 2, and a screw part of the anchor reinforcement is inserted through the internal space 13 of the U-plate 2 and clamp-fixed by nuts from the upper and lower sides.
