摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a blank where a print pattern is seldom concealed using an overprint varnish layer, on a base material with a metallic luster tone, in one process of a printing machine.
SOLUTION: A printing layer P is formed on the base material B with a metallic luster tone of achromatic color with the 20° glossiness of not less than 25% and the a* value of -5 to 5 and the b* value of -5 to 5 of the Hunter Lab color specification system. Further, an OP varnish to overcoat after the formation of a liquid repellent undercoat layer containing a white pigment is applied or printed. Thus, the OP varnish to overcoat is repelled by the liquid repellent primary printing layer, so that the 10-point average roughness Rz is 5 to 35 μm to form the highly white blank.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a paper container which imparts heat insulating properties, using starch granule or phosphoric acid crosslinking starch granule, and is disposed of as combustible refuse after use. SOLUTION: An olefin-based resin layer 3 with a low melting point is laminated on the surface of paper, then a coating layer 4 containing starch granule with a high moisture content is formed on the olefin-based resin layer 3 with a low melting point, and an olefin-based resin layer 5 with a low melting point is formed on the coating layer 4. Or/and an ink 11 containing starch granule with high heat resistance or phosphoric acid crosslinking granule, is applied relatively to the surface of the olefin-based resin layer 5. Thus, a blank 7 for molding the paper container is obtained. After these procedures, the paper container is molded using the blank 7 for molding the paper container, and successively, is heated. Water vapor is generated from the starch granule present in the resin layer 3 and the olefin-based resin layer 5, and the resin layer 3 and the olefin-based resin layer 5 of the above heated part are enlarged like a balloon by the diffusion power of the water vapor.
