    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of a line without disturbing the developed and mounted states of foods on a dry net by intermittently sending a plurality of nets, which are stacked and stored, one by one, by laterally moving the dry nets to be loaded with prescribed articles, and by storing the dry nets stacked at prescribed intervals. SOLUTION: Whenever a dry net 1a is carried by a storage conveyer 27, a chain conveyer is moved to raise the dry net 1a, and the dry net 1a is intermittently raised in order and stored in a stacked state. When a prescribed number of dry nets 1a are thus stored, pressure fluid is fed to a fluid pressure cylinder 32 of a shift means 8, the rod 33 is thrust in the direction shown by an arrow 34, and then the whole dry nets 1a in the storage device 7 can be simultaneously moved to a shelf carriage 2' by a presser plate 35 fixed to the rod 33. The shelf carriage 2' is raised to the prescribed height by a lift 9' beforehand so that, after the lift 9' is lowered as the arrow 36 and the shelf carriage 2' is unloaded therefrom on a floor 37, the shelf carriage 2' is sent to the next process.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely separate and align confectionery or the like by decompressing and sucking confectionery to be moved, and blowing out the pressurized gas from a sucking bill when it reaches a desired position, thereby forcedly separating the confectionery from the sucking bill. SOLUTION: Many small holes are bored in suction cup 6a (e.g. circular) of suction pipes 6 arranged side by side and fixed to the peripheral wall of one cylindrical drum 5, air is discharged as shown by arrows 28, 29 from a discharge port 13 to decompress the decompressing sections 30 of the cylindrical drum 5. While the inner end of the suction pipe 6 faces on the decompressing section 30 (decompressing chamber), sucking force is generated in the suction cup 6a. Then, the confectionery dough is sucked, and with the rotation of the cylindrical drum 5, the suction cup 6a to which the confectionery dough is sucked is also rotated in the same direction. When the inner end of the suction pipe 6 thus enters the pressurizing chamber 19, the pressurized air in the pressurizing chamber 19 flows in the direction of an arrow 32 to blow off the pressurized air from the suction pipe 6, so that the confectionery dough separates from the suction cup 6a and drops on a conveyer operated at a suitable speed to be sequentially aligned.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the relative positions of a sliding roller and a scraper constantly appropriately and perform adequate stripping and cleaning of deposits on the outer peripheral face of the sliding roller by providing a scraper holding part on the bearing of the sliding roller, in a roller device which performs a crushing or a rolling process with a stationary rotating roller and a sliding roller. SOLUTION: A bearing 2 for supporting the shaft 1a of a sliding roller 1 is fitted into a guide 4 provided in a device body 3 and also a spring 6 is interposed between the bearing 2 and a spring receiver 5a of a threaded rod for adjustment to elastically support the bearing 2 and at the same time, a handle 7 is fixed to the outer end part of the threaded rod 5. Further, a scraper 9 is pivotally supported by a support shaft 10 in a bracket 8 arranged at the lower part of the bearing 2, and a pulling spring 11 is tensely insetted between the tip part 9c of the scraper 9 and the stopper pin 12 of the bracket 8. Consequently, the tip 9b of the scraper 9 is urged so that the tip 9b is constantly set in contact with the circumferential face of the sliding roller 1. Thus it is possible to ensure the constantly optimal contact state of the scraper 9 and also make sure that deposits are stripped and removed.
